Guests can cancel their reservation up to 5 days in advance of their arrival by writing to us (e-mail with confirmation to reception@grundresort.cz). Based on the date and time of the sent email.

For larger groups separate payments can be arranged.

The management will not charge the guest for any services not used by the guest for the following reasons: death in the family, hospitalisation of the guest or family member, serious illness, national service, natural disaster. Evidence of these situations must be provided in writing by the client within 3 days of the event.

These terms and conditions are valid for every accommodation offer.
