Arrival and departure

Parking
Every apartment includes a parking space /free/ in front of the house. It is also possible to use other parking spaces on the adjacent road.
Ski/bicycle storage
Skis or bicycles can be stored in the storage room shared by both units.
Breakfast
Breakfast can be ordered 24 hours in advance at the reception. The price of the breakfast package is 410 CZK/2 persons. The package is delivered from the hotel at 8 am to your apartment. The breakfast buffet in the Grund restaurant approx. 100 m from the hotel for 290 CZK/person.
Restaurant
Enjoy the use of the nearby restaurant, where you will be taken care of by the Grund Restaurant staff. You can also order your meal and drinks in advance for take-away, and enjoy your meal in your apartment then. The restaurant is open 11.30 a.m. — 10 p.m. daily.
Animals
Pets are allowed in some apartments for a surcharge of 450 CZK/night. Reception must be informed in advance.
Cleaning
We do not like to intrude on your privacy and ongoing cleaning or towel changes are only available on request.
Rental and usage of equipment
It is possible to rent an electric grill for 250 CZK per day. Charcoal grills are not permitted for safety reasons.
Booking cancellation
Your booking is possible to cancel till 5pm 5 days before scheduled arrival. In case of cancellation less than 5 days in advance the cancellation fee is 50% of total stay. In case of a non-refund booking, the payment is taken immediately after booking is made, and is non-refundable.
Charging electric cars
The charging station is located in the upper parking lot of the hotel. To use the station, please contact the hotel reception.

Cancellation of reservation
In the case of a non-refundable reservation, when the guest pays the entire amount for the stay immediately after making the reservation, the cancellation fee is 100%.
The reservation can be canceled free of charge until 17:00 5 days before arrival. In case of later cancellation, you will be charged 50% of the total price of the stay.

Booking conditions:
FOR BOOKINGS DURING 20.12.20xx- 2.1.20xx special conditions apply, specifically the requirement of payment of a deposit invoice of a minimum of 50% of the full price of the stay. The deposit is non-refundable. If the deposit invoice is not paid in advance, the provider reserves the right to cancel the booking. Conditions & cancellation terms
1. Prices and services. Accommodation prices stated on the website and marketing material are not binding. Actual prices are listed in the accommodation confirmation (hereinafter “voucher”). The range of services provided are listed in the voucher. The accommodation provider reserves the right to alter conditions in cases outside of the providers control (ie. force majeure)
2. Cancellation of stay by customer. The customer has the right to cancel the order 5 days before scheduled arrival. The cancellation must be in writing via registered email to reception@grundresort.cz. Time and date is defined by the dispatch of the email. Large groups can be invoiced separately. The accommodation provider will not charge aforementioned fees in these cases: death in family, hospitalization of customer or family member, serious illness, official summons, natural disaster. Aforementioned cases must be reported to the provider within 3 days.
3. These conditions are applicable to all accommodation orders and vouchers.
