1.1 The hotel processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, General Data Protection Regulation

1.2 For the purpose of making the reservation, the following personal data are processed (Name, surname, email, telephone, date of stay, special requirements, birthday, preferences) on the basis of the information obtained from the guest.

1.3 The hotel will process personal data manually and automatically directly through its authorized employees and further through processors authorized by the Hotel on the basis of personal data processing contracts.

1.4 The list of subjects/categories of recipients to whom personal guest data may be made available can be found at the hotel reception

1.5 The hotel will process personal data for a period of 6 years

1.6 The guest has the right of access to his personal data processed by the hotel, their correction or deletion, or restriction of processing, and the right to object to the processing.

1.7 The guest also has the right to obtain from the hotel personal data relating to the guest and provided by the data subject to the hotel. Based on the guest’s request, the hotel will provide the data to the data subject without undue delay in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or, at the guest’s request, provide it to another clearly designated administrator. This right does not apply to personal data that is not processed automatically.

1.8 If the guest believes that their personal data is being processed without authorization, they can file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz) for the territory of the Czech Republic.

Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes

The accommodated guest has the right to submit a proposal for an out-of-court settlement of such a dispute to the designated body of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes according to §13 and 14, which is:
